Jess is an amazing coach to work with! Jess provides so much support through workouts, tweaking workouts to what I want to do, to being my accountability partner with the foods I eat, and just a great friend and person to work with. She’s always responding to my messages quickly, answering my questions, providing the motivation I need, and checking in to see how things are progressing. I didn’t become serious about my fitness journey until I was getting ready to go on a cruise where I would be touring a different country every day, and I knew there would be a lot of walking. She helped me focus on mobility to get prepared. I wasn’t focused on the scale or inches around the waist. I just wanted to be able to walk comfortably to enjoy my cruise. After getting back from Europe, I discovered I had lost 12 pounds in a month while working with Jess and taking a cruise. Who loses weight on a cruise?? That jump started my desire to continue to lose more because I saw it was possible. Jess and I developed a plan together for mobility and greater walking on my walking pad or at the track, and eating healthy. I’m not into counting calories, so Jess suggested I send her a photo of everything I eat as accountability. It has actually worked. I have eaten healthy for about 4 weeks now, and in my second month of being serious, I have dropped another 10 pounds. Down 22 pounds in 2 months, and I’m doing it the healthy way with Jess leading me through it all. I couldn’t ask for a better coach or friend.

Rebound Fitness makes exercising easy and fun! Jess is super easy to work with, knowledgeable, compassionate and will design a plan tailored to individual needs. My knees give me problems at times and she’s always able to find a great alternate for a particular exercise that’s giving me trouble. Always encouraging and nonjudgmental, she’s been an inspiration to keep working hard! The app is easy to use and makes it fun to keep track of your progress. Videos demonstrating each exercise are enormously helpful and show you exactly what each move should look like, as well as what the goal of the movement is. Jess and Rebound Fitness make a well rounded program engaging and attainable. Highly recommend both!
