Jessica Joos is the force behind Rebound Fitness, where strength meets strategy and every comeback is celebrated. With a Master’s in Athletic Training and dual degrees in Exercise Science and Dance Performance, she’s built her career on one powerful idea: fitness should adapt to you—not the other way around.
A former gym manager and coach to 80+ members, Jessica knows what really works (and what doesn’t). She ditched the one-size-fits-all approach to create Rebound Fitness—a space where workouts mold to your life, your gear, and your goals. No gym? No problem. Her hybrid background in clinical rehab and dance means she sees movement differently: precision meets creativity, and every modification is an opportunity.
From cheer safety coordinator to dance instructor, Jessica’s spent years making movement accessible. Now, she channels that expertise into helping you build resilient strength—the kind that sticks.
