Fill out our “Contact Us” page or reach out via email or socials. Jess will reach out to book a phone/video call! In this call, we’ll discuss your motivation, frequency, equipment, and what will keep you successful throughout this journey.

Programming

Jess will build your program based on the things you discussed in your phone call. You’ll be added into our app and BOOM! You’re ready to get moving!

Check In Call

Towards the end of your program, you’ll get the chance to schedule a check-in with Jess via phone or video call. You’ll get to discuss your wins and progress, plus discuss what your next program or step might look like.
